Every villa was designed on the same 2+1 loft plan, with 83 m² of living space. The practical layout uses every square metre to offer a spacious, comfortable stay.
There are two bedrooms and a living room, plus two bathrooms and WCs. The en-suite of the main bedroom gives privacy, while the second bathroom is planned for shared use.
The high ceilings of the loft level and the wide glass surfaces bring nature inside. A private entrance, detached garden, private pool, veranda and pergola make use of every part of the 83 m².
